Melanie Lebron was born in New York City and raised in Bronx, New York. She is the proud parent of a beautiful daughter named Keilah. She got her first start in the legal field at the age of 18 at a small personal injury law firm in The Bronx. Her humbled beginnings were as a file clerk and within three months she was given a legal assistant position. She continued her path in the legal field and came to an intimate decision to relocate to Orlando, Florida to provide a better life for her daughter and herself. Melanie has a broad range of experience in the legal field and has worked closely with Maria Tejedor for 5 years.
Her responsibility in the firm began with one-on-one intakes with all new potential clientele. She then became part of Mrs. Tejedor's paralegal team in litigating highly complex medical malpractice cases. Melanie is recognized for her unshaken demeanor, poise and compassion for all client's needs. As a highly motivated team leader, she has been assigned Front Line Lead Position at Diez-Arguelles & Tejedor. Her new position introduces the Firm, on a personal level to all new clients. She handles and consults all prospective cases with both Mr. Diez-Arguelles and Ms. Tejedor.
